We carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5pm GMT (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

UK Shipping

  • Free Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked 48 (3–5 working days).
  • Express Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24 (2–4 working days, extra fee applies).
  • Tracking details are provided for tracked services only.

International Shipping

  • Royal Mail International Standard / Tracked service (usually 10–25 working days, fee varies by region).
  • Tracking details are provided for tracked services only.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to delays beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, customs).
