We carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

UK Shipping

  • Most items are stocked in our UK warehouse and are delivered via Royal Mail or Yodel within 3–5 working days.
  • Some items may be shipped from our international warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 working days.

Shipping Outside the UK

  • International delivery usually takes 7–25 working days, depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 5pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • During busy periods or for certain items, dispatch may take 1–3 working days.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to delays beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, customs).
