Returns & Exchanges

At RetroAura, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.


Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@retroaura.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide you with return/exchange instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure every piece arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at contact@retroaura.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery (unless faulty)
  • Customised or personalised items
